Helping with the Budget

The first thing you have to do when planning your wedding is set your budget.  It is also one of the hardest things about a wedding to decide.  Unfortunately, that cannot be helped unless you just want to have the justice of the peace marry you and forget about any sort of fancy fairy tale wedding.  If a fairy tale wedding is what you have in mind, then it could be possible to cut a large portion of expenses regarding decorations if you do not have your heart set on certain colors.  If you already know what sort of decorations you want, than feel no need to read any farther into this post!  If your budget and saving money is more important to you than having your favorite colors used at your wedding, then you should continue reading.  My suggestion to those who want to save money on their special day is to find a church that will allow you to use their holiday decorations.  For instance, churches will decorate for Christmas and Easter.  If you dream of a fall wedding, some churches even decorate for a celebration called Harvest Home.  This is a big celebration of the Harvest and thanking God that the harvest was plentiful.
