Getting an engagement ring

An engagement ring is what is given when the proposal of marriage is made, it’s meant to be a symbol of what is promised a future marriage. Normally the engagement ring is not meant to be as expensive and elegant as the wedding ring, you want to save that for the actual wedding ring.
