Hidden Charges

The Wedding Bureau Photographer Blog has a recent post on paying for your wedding photographer.

Many wedding photographers will appear to be a great deal when the bride and groom review their packages. But, when your wedding is over and you want to order reprints you might find the low cost deal you thought you were getting just got very expensive.

I recently saw a wedding photographer who charged next to nothing to shoot the wedding and is even willing to travel up to 300 miles for the wedding at no charge. But, once the wedding is over, you have to fork over $25 for a 5×7 and $30 for an 8×10. There goes the savings!

This is really good advice specifically for photographers, and good general advice as well. Make sure there aren’t hidden charges associated with your other vendors either!
