Wedding Day Dreads!

I LOVE the idea of looking like yourself on your big day, and keeping your own style.  Don’t get sucked into growing your hair/ losing weight/ completely changing your look.  In my own case, my future mother-in-law thinks contacts are a wedding day requirement, but I’d like to look like myself in the wedding pics and I plan to wear my specs and my gown.

On that topic, I saw a cool post from OffBeat Bride about wedding-day dreadlocks.   Those curly dreads would look lovely with flowers clipped in or tucked in.  I think crazy dreads and a traditional white (meringue-style) gown would make an awesome wedding picture.  If you have wild hair, show off your wild hair!
